I can't really put my finger on it, but even though I did enjoy this book, it didn't grab my attention as much as some of Jill Mansell's other novels. I think the problem was that I didn't really love the main character, Lottie, or the main love interest, Tyler. However, I did really enjoy the sub-plot of Cressida's story, but I was disappointed because I felt that it was never properly concluded. I also liked the sub-plot of Lottie's ex-husband, Mario, and how he changed for the better because of his love for Amber. So even though I enjoyed this book to some extent, I didn't get the feeling that I couldn't put it down like with some books. I give it 6/10.
